ARENAS OF FAITH mission & vision

VISION

Our vision is to see every person partner with what God is already doing. It begins when a life encounters the transformative power of Jesus Christ. From that moment, the next generation steps into Arenas of Faith discipleship and training—where they are equipped to live out their faith with a restorative vision for every arena. Through our partnerships, we then create pathways into the marketplace, sending leaders who don’t just exist in industries, but restore and lead them in reflection of Christ.

MISSION - Encounter. Equip. Establish.

Our mission is to see every person encounter the life-changing power of Jesus Christ. From that moment, the next generation steps into our arena of discipleship and training, where they are equipped to live out their faith with a restorative vision for their arena.

WHAT IS ARENAS OF FAITH

Arenas of Faith is equipping the next generation to live out their faith in every arena of life.

God is already at work restoring all things. But too often, faith is something people consume rather than live. The result is a gap, many believe, but few feel equipped to carry their faith into real life, especially in the marketplace.

The next generation isn’t walking away from faith, they’re stepping into life unprepared to live it out.

Arenas of Faith exists to close that gap, equipping students to move from passive belief to active faith, living with purpose and influence wherever they go.

MOTTO:

Living out Faith in Every Arena.

WHAT IS ARENAS OF FAITH IS NOT

We are not a church youth group

WHY ARENAS OF FAITH NOW?

Because God is already in the process of restoring all things, we need to shift our mindset from consuming and being moved to the fringes, to being equipped to think about every arena we step into as an opportunity to partner with God in what He is doing.

64% of teens identify as Christian, yet only a small percentage hold a biblical worldview. Most believers want to live out their faith, but don’t feel equipped to do so, especially in the workplace. In fact, over half of Christians say their work has no spiritual significance.

The next generation isn’t walking away from faith, they’re stepping into life unprepared to live it out.  We are closing the gap between professed faith and practiced faith, equipping the next generation to live for Christ in every arena of life.

That’s why Arenas of Faith exists.

Only about 1 in 10 Christian young adults have a biblical worldview.

Why this matters:

The vast majority of students who identify as Christian are not thinking, deciding, or living from a biblical framework, especially when they step into arenas like:

  • career decisions
  • ethics in the workplace
  • leadership and influence
  • handling pressure, success, and failure

We are closing the gap between professed faith and practical faith, equipping the next generation to live for Christ in every Arena

….

WHAT IS AN ARENA?

In Acts 17, we see that God has appointed where we live and the boundaries of our lives. An arena is not just where we are physically, it includes the spiritual and seasonal trials we experience along the journey.

IMPORTANT DRIVERS

AOF’s Conviction drives our mission

  • Revelation 21:5 and Colossians 1:16–20 are the the reason AOF exists
  • The core problem is not that the next generation of "kids are leaving their faith,” it's that this generation doesn’t know how to live out their faith in every arena.
  • AOF is partnering with what God is already doing.
  • AOF is inviting you to participate in the restoration Christ ALREADY promised (restoring and reconciling all things), not donating to a program.

AOF’s Mission is influenced by the gap

  • 64% of teens identify as Christian, but only 4–10% hold a biblical worldview
  • Only 1 in 5 Christians feel equipped by their church to live out their faith at work
  • Over 50% of Christians say their work has “no spiritual significance”
  • Arenas of Faith exists to close the gap between professed faith and practiced faith—equipping the next generation to live for Christ in every arena of life.

Why this lands differently with each audience:

  • Individuals — "This is not charity. This is participation in Revelation 21 - RESTORE."
  • Businesses — Arenas of Faith equips the next generation to see work as worship, transforming the marketplace into an arena of restoration.

ENCOUNTER

An experience to introduce the next generation to the mission — and step into the arena for restoration to begin

Encounter is an open invitation, to students, families, leaders, and anyone ready to step into their arena for the first time. These are large, citywide gatherings designed for broad reach, bringing together the next generation from across every community for an experience that is anything but ordinary. Powerful leaders take the stage to share how they have personally restored their arenas, real stories of faith lived out in schools, businesses, and communities. A life-changing Gospel message is proclaimed, calling every person in the room into the story God is already writing.  For many, it is the moment the journey begins, the first step from simply consuming faith to being formed by it, from occupying space to understanding they were made to transform it. Encounter is not the end of the story. It is the beginning of everything AOF is built to do, and everyone is welcome in the arena.

EQUIP

Training the next generation to think, lead, and restore like a Biblical leader

An encounter without equipping produces excitement without transformation. Equip is where the real formation happens. Through AOF Impact Groups meeting in schools, small groups, businesses, and any arena where people gather, students enter a discipleship process designed to answer one foundational question: how do I restore by faith every arena I step into? Our in-house curriculum is intentionally progressive, each session building on the last, forming students in Biblical leadership from the ground up. For those who want to go deeper, devotionals reinforce and extend what is being learned in each Impact Group, keeping the formation going beyond the meeting. This is not a program students complete, it is a process that shapes how they think, how they lead, and how they live. Equip is where a consumer of faith begins to become a transformer of arenas.

ESTABLISH

Sending the next generation into every arena, including the marketplace

Equipping without establishing produces knowledge without impact. The goal was never simply to produce students who know the right things, it is to establish men and women who live them out, in every arena, for the rest of their lives. Through our marketplace partnerships, AOF creates a direct bridge between the next generation and Christian business leaders who model what it looks like to work, lead, and build as an act of worship. Students don't just move on from AOF, they step into real employment pathways, real mentorship relationships, and a real mission: to restore every arena by faith.

Subject: Will you step into the arena with me?

Hi [Name],

I wanted to share something I've been part of that's genuinely changing lives, and ask if you'd consider joining me.

What if every student not only knew they were called to live boldly for Christ, but also had mentors, internships, and real marketplace opportunities to help them discover and live out that calling?

That's the mission of Arenas of Faith, and it's why I volunteer with them. Through their Encounter, Equip, and Establish pathway, they're raising up the next generation and mobilizing every generation to restore faith in schools, homes, businesses, and communities. Working alongside local churches, coaches, business leaders, and mentors, they're helping students become lifelong disciples who influence every arena for Christ.

I've seen firsthand what this looks like, and I believe in it enough to ask you to get involved too. Here are a few ways you can step in:

  • Donate. Your gift directly fuels mentorship, internships, and student programs. Give today at arenasoffaith.org/give.
  • Attend. Come see the mission in person at an upcoming event. I'd love to have you there with me.

Fundraising Pitches

General Pitch (conversation or email)

God is in the process of restoring all things unto Christ and He is calling the next generation to be part of it. Arenas of Faith is a nonprofit that closes the gap between faith and every day life, equipping young men and women not just to survive in their schools, careers, and communities as Christians, but to actively transform those arenas so they reflect the character and mission of God. We are not building another youth ministry, we are partnering with the restoration Christ is already doing, and if you share this passion for the next generation, we would love for you to come partner with us.

For Individual Donors

For too long, the Church has unintentionally communicated that faith belongs inside a building  that the "real" spiritual life happens on Wednesday or Sunday, and Monday through Friday is just where you try not to sin. The result is a generation that carries genuine faith into the marketplace but doesn't know how to transform it. They occupy space. But God never called His people to merely occupy — He called them to restore.

Arenas of Faith exists to change that. Rooted in Colossians 1 and the great redemptive sweep of Scripture, we equip the next generation to understand that their school, the athletic field, their relationships, their career, and their community are not distractions from God's mission, they are God's mission. Your gift directly funds the equipping of young men and women who will carry the restoring work of Christ into every arena they lead for the rest of their lives. This is not charity. This is participation in what God promised in Revelation 21.

For Churches & Faith Communities

The Great Commission has always been about more than decisions, it has been about making disciples who transform culture. Colossians 1 tells us that Christ created all things, sustains all things, and is reconciling all things to Himself. The Church's role is to produce the kind of people who understand that, and live accordingly.

Arenas of Faith is doing that work in the spaces the Church cannot easily reach: in high school hallways, on athletic fields, and in the early-career formation of the next generation. We are not replacing the local church, we are building a bridge between it and the world students actually inhabit, closing the gap between the sacred and the secular so that students emerge not just believing the Gospel, but knowing how to be agents of Christ's restoration in every arena they enter. Partnering with AOF means your church's discipleship extends far beyond your walls.

For Businesses & Foundations

God did not create the marketplace as a necessary evil, He created it as an arena where His character can be displayed, His justice can be practiced, and His restoration can be advanced. But that only happens when the people in it understand their work as worship and their leadership as a calling to restore.

Arenas of Faith is building that pipeline. We equip students theologically and practically, connecting them with Christian marketplace leaders who model what it looks like to run a business, lead a team, and build a career as an act of participation in the restoration of all things unto Christ. We are closing the gap between the next generation and the marketplace, not just with job skills, but with a Kingdom vision for every arena as God intended it to be. Arenas of Faith is raising leaders who don’t just participate in culture, they reshape it. Through partnership, you are investing in a generation that will step into industries, influence the marketplace from within, and carry the presence, truth, and leadership of Christ into every arena of society.

Arenas of Faith — Fundraising Pitch Paragraphs

Rooted in Revelation 21:5 · Colossians 1:15–20

It Starts Here:

"He who was seated on the throne said, 'I am making everything new!'" — Revelation 21:5

"For in him all things were created… all things have been created through him and for him… and through him to reconcile to himself all things." — Colossians 1:16, 20

The entire redemptive story of God is this: Christ is the center of all things, and He is in the process of restoring all things unto Himself. Not just Wednesday or Sunday mornings. Not just souls in a pew. Every school. Every business. Every neighborhood. Every arena of life.

Arenas of Faith exists to partner with what God is already doing, equipping the next generation not just to occupy space as Christians in the marketplace, but to know how to transform every arena they enter so that it reflects the character and mission of a God who is restoring all things unto Christ.

Option 2:

Arenas of Faith exists to partner with the work God is already doing, raising up and equipping the next generation not simply to exist as Christians within culture, but to faithfully transform every arena they enter — schools, businesses, communities, and the marketplace — until those spaces increasingly reflect the character, truth, and restoring mission of Jesus Christ, who is making all things new.

For Individual Donors

For too long, faith has been seen as something that stays inside a building, something for Sundays, not everyday life. The result is a generation that may believe in God, but hasn’t been equipped to live out that faith where it matters most, in school, work, relationships, and the marketplace.

We equip the next generation with the identity, leadership, and purpose needed to step into every arena of life - school, sports, careers, and community - and make a real impact. We believe these spaces aren’t separate from purpose, they are where purpose is lived out.

This isn’t just giving.  It’s building the kind of leaders our world needs.

For Businesses & Foundations

The marketplace was never meant to be separate from purpose—it’s one of the primary arenas where leadership is tested, values are shaped, and culture is influenced. But most young leaders enter it unprepared. Arenas of Faith is building a pipeline to change that.

We equip the next generation with both the character and the competency to lead well—helping them understand their work as worship and their leadership as a responsibility to bring restoration. Through mentorship and real-world connection, we place students alongside proven leaders who model what it looks like to build businesses, lead teams, and operate with integrity.

We are closing the gap between the next generation and the marketplace—not just with job skills, but with a clear vision for how to lead and influence within it.

This is not short-term impact—it’s long-term influence. Arenas of Faith is raising leaders who won’t just enter industries, but strengthen them—bringing truth, integrity, and lasting impact into the places that shape our world.

Your investment helps build leaders who will carry that influence for decades. This is about building what lasts.
